How to order
If you have any questions before you order you can contact me by email, phone or you can make an appointment to come and see me. You can use the order form and pay by cheque or card.
All jewellery will arrive gift boxed and ready to give as a present. Most of the work on this website will be in stock, but some sizes, styles or stones may need to be ordered. If you need something by a certain date then please call me so I can arrange for the piece to arrive in plenty of time. Most work will be sent out within a week.
DELIVERY:
All the UK orders are sent out by Special Delivery, which means they are insured and signed for which costs £6.50 on orders under £100.00. For overseas orders £10.50 on orders under £125.00
RETURNS:
In the unlikely instance that you are not completely satisfied with your order I am happy to exchange or refund the goods bought on this website within 14 days. Please return the jewellery unworn and sent back by Special Delivery so that it is insured and signed for. Unfortunately, earrings and special orders can not be returned.
