One year repair guarantee!
All Paul Magen jewellery carry a one year guarantee. If during this guarantee period any of the goods are damaged through normal wear, we will repair them for you free of charge. However, we will not be responsible for any damage that comes through misuse or negligence.
Shipping:
At Paul Magen, each piece of jewellery is lovingly hand made in London by Paul and his team of highly skilled jewellers.
If your item is in stock, it will be safely dispatched within 2-3 working days if not it may take up to 2 weeks.

Free UK Delivery
Next day delivery.
We use Royal Mail Special Delivery, a secure service which requires a signature upon receipt and will arrive the day after it has been dispatched.
International Delivery
We use Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed service meaning you can follow your order each step of the way.
Delivery times are estimated at 5-9 working days from the date of dispatch.
Returns:
We're not happy unless you are.
If for any reason you aren't happy with your purchase, simply return it within 14 days and we'll be happy to exchange the item or provide you with a full refund no questions asked (excluding the cost of the return postage).
We’re also happy to make repairs and alterations to your items, including resizing if they don’t fit you perfectly. Ring resizing will be carried out once free of charge, but then cannot be refunded or exchanged after that has taken place. Any further alterations after resizing will then incur a charge.
Exempt from any refund are Bespoke commissions, made to order items or jewellery altered to a customer request and all earrings.
